Ownership & Rights
All beats sold on this platform are exclusive. Once full payment is made, you (the Artist or Record Label) will receive exclusive rights to the beat, along with high-quality WAV files and stems.
Samples & Clearances

Louis Raw is not responsible for clearing any samples used in the production unless the sample comes from Tracklib.

Tracklib samples are fully licensed, and their costs are already included in your purchase.

The Artist or Record Label is responsible for clearing any other sample(s) used in the production.

Payment & Documentation

All payments must be completed in full before the final files are delivered.

Proper forms and documentation must be on file for both the Producer and the Artist/Record Label before the release of any material.
